Welcome to mintlocation.com the essential online marketing tool for Estate Agents marketing properties.
How do I list properties?
1) Enter web name into browser - http://www.mintlocation.com
2) To register select button "register" you will need a valid email to do this
3) Please select a radio button labelled "Estate Agent Account"
4) Enter username, email and password and select submit. Register a username that you will easily be able to remember. E.g. Foxtons branch based at Mayfair. The username foxtonsmayfair would be appropriate.
5) You will then receive an email to confirm your account and activate it.
6) Select account from email
7) Visit mintlocation.com enter username and password to "sign in"
Property Manager (recommended if you are listing less than 50 properties)
8) If listings less than 50 properties you can do this yourself with no need for a professional Web Designer.
9) As a registered user you will be able to list properties by click on the “property manager” link at the top right hand side of page. You must be logged in to edit and add new properties.
10) To add sales property click “Add sales property” link in the Property Manager.
11) To edit sales property click “Edit sales property” link in the Property Manager. This procedure is the same for rental, overseas and commercial property listings.
12) Under other tools title there is the “image manager” link in the Property Manager. Here a user can add more pictures to a listing this could include pictures of kitchen, reception, bedrooms that would help sell the property.
13) You can also pay for the service by clicking the “billing” link on the top right hand side of the page.

14) By clicking on the “property manager” link a competent web designer will be able to download the xml feed from - http://www.mintlocation.com/propertyManager/feedgrabber.pdf . In the Property Manager under property feeds title they will be able to add the feed grabber URLs and test the feeds work properly.
15) If you have more than 50 properties to list it is recommended that you contact your web designer to set up an .xml feed to that will list all the properties on your website live on mintlocation.com. Every time you make additions or deletions on your Estate Agent website this will be mirrored on the mintlocation.com website. They must download the xml documentation from-http://www.mintlocation.com/propertyManager/feedgrabber.pdf
